
“Uno by Dani Garcia” restaurant

Uno by Dani García is the new Lounge-Restaurant recently opened at the Meliá Madrid Princesa and which is scheduled to open at other Meliá hotels in the future as part of the new brand image being introduced by the company to create a more modern and cutting-edge Meliá hotel.
Run by Dani García, Head Chef at the Calima restaurant (Gran Meliá Don Pepe), recently awarded a Michelin star, the restaurant will mainly offer Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of the famous Garcia style.
As its name implies, "UNO" is a unique space; but a space which combines three different areas in one:
· Bar, serving the drinks you would expect at a bar, but also offering a delicious selection of quite unique cocktails.
The bar is open:
Monday to Friday all inclusive: from 08:30 am to 01:00 am.
Saturday, Sunday and holiday: from 11:00 am to 01:00 am.
· The snack bar, a new idea for people wanting a quick, light and informal snack at lunchtime or in the evening. One of the most attractive features is a menu from which guests can choose their ingredients to create their own salads, savoury or pasta dishes. Another novel feature is a show-cooking area where cold dishes are prepared in full view of diners.
· The “A la Carte” restaurant, specialises in Mediterranean cuisine with an extensive choice of dishes such as oxtail ravioli with cauliflower and truffles, foie and goat’s cheese puff pastry with caramelised green apple, as well as exquisite home-made casseroles. And to round off the meal, nothing better than one of the delicious sorbets, ice creams, tartlets or special chocolate dishes.
Designed for both hotel guests and walk-in visitors, the extensive range of dining options offered by "UNO" makes it the perfect place at any time of day.
