UNO by Meliá Madrid Princesa is the new Lounge-Restaurant recently opened at the Meliá Madrid Princesa and which is scheduled to open at other Meliá hotels in the future as part of the new brand image being introduced by the company to create a more modern and cutting-edge Meliá hotel.
As its name implies, "UNO" is a unique space; but a space which combines three different areas in one:
Bar, serving the drinks you would expect at a bar, but also offering a delicious selection of quite unique cocktails.
The bar is open:
- Monday to Friday all inclusive: from 08:30 am to 01:00 am.
- Saturday, Sunday and holiday: from 11:00 am to 01:00 am
The snack menu, it would be your best choice if you are looking for casual alternative or if maybe, you want to have faster meal. You could choose beetween our typical spanish "tapas", sandwiches and burgers. A new warm and relaxed atmosphere to be keep in mind any day and tim.
The "A la Carte" restaurant, mediterranean cuisine, including a wide selection: entrances to share, rice, pasta, meat and fish meals of the season. Regarding desserts, home made pastries stand out. A new gastronomy with our traditional products adapted to the cuisine of the XXI century.
